Privacy Policy
This policy is issued by the developer of the Ada Cash Loan app ("we", "us"). It explains what the app does and does not do with information. Ada Cash Loan is an educational guide with a loan simulation and cost calculators for personal loans in Malaysia.
The short version
The app has no account, no login and no server of its own. It never asks for your name, IC number, bank details, income documents, passwords or one-time codes. The numbers you enter in the calculators and the ticks on the checklist stay on your phone and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
The one exception is advertising: the app shows adverts through Google AdMob, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects your device's advertising identifier to serve them. This is described in section 3.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for, collect, transmit or store:
- Your name, e-mail address, phone number or postal address
- Your MyKad / NRIC or passport number, or photos of any identity document
- Bank account, card or salary details, payslips or any other document
- Passwords, PINs or one-time passwords
- Contacts, SMS messages, call logs, photos, media files or precise location
2. Loan-related commitments
Because the app covers personal loans, we state clearly:
- The app does not accept, submit or forward loan applications of any kind.
- The app does not collect information about applicants or borrowers.
- The app does not access your contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, media or precise location, and it requests no runtime permissions. Its only declared permission is internet access.
- Calculator results are estimates computed on your phone from the numbers you type. They are never sent anywhere.
3. Information stored on your device only

This data is stored with Android's local storage (DataStore). It is never uploaded to us. You can clear the checklist in Settings, or remove everything by uninstalling the app.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and funded by adverts from Google AdMob. To serve and measure adverts and limit repetition, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- Your device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
- Device information such as model, operating system version and language
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region)
- Advert interactions such as impressions and clicks, and crash diagnostics of the SDK
This data is collected and shared with Google for advertising purposes. Its handling is governed by How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices
- Where the law requires it, a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform appears before any advert is requested. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Change ad privacy choices (shown where it applies).
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your phone's settings under Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads).
- An optional reward video in Settings pauses adverts for a short time. Watching it is entirely your choice.
5. Network requests
- Advert configuration: a small file is fetched over HTTPS so adverts can be switched on or off without an app update. The request carries no information about you.
- Advert serving: requests made by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, described above.
- This policy: opened in your browser only when you tap "Privacy policy".
All traffic uses HTTPS; unencrypted traffic is disabled in the app.
6. Children
The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Retention and deletion
No personal data leaves your phone to us, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete on a server. Local data is removed when you clear it in Settings or uninstall the app. For advertising data held by Google, use Google's controls linked above.
8. Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and similar laws, you may have rights to access, correct and limit the processing of personal data about you. Because the app holds no personal data about you on any server, these rights are met by the on-device controls above. Contact us if you believe otherwise.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
